Ufa holds the 20th place of 35 big Russian cities by housing prices in the secondary dwelling market. At the beginning of April reduction of dwelling prices is observed practically in all Russian cities. At the beginning of March the average price of one square meter in big cities of Russia was equal to 44 thousand rubles – by 2,7% less than in February. From the beginning of the year prices dropped by 8,9%.
The city of Ufa with the price 43500 rubles for one square meter at the beginning of March held the 20th place in the list of 35 Russian cities with the population 500 thousand people and more. In February dwelling prices in Ufa fell by 4,4%, analysts report.
Very quick landslide of prices is registered in Moscow, where dwelling prices dropped by 9,7% just for one month. Further Volgograd goes (7,9%), Vladivostok (7,5%), Rostov-on-Don (5,6%), Saratov (5,3%) and Samara (5,2%).
In those cities, where prices dropped to 33 thousand rubles for one square meter and lower certain stabilization of prices is observed: prices don’t drop any more there. One may establish the fact that in Izevsk, NABEREZNYE CHELNY and Ulyanovsk dwelling prices in the secondary housing market have reached the bottom.
