JSC “International airport “Ufa” – one of the largest airports in Ural-Volga zone – starts working according to summer time schedule. This schedule will be valid till October 31 inclusive.
News-service of the airport reports according to work balance-2008 1 million 350 thousand people have been serviced in the airport – this is 200 thousand passengers more than in 2007. Along with the main flight network, which includes 40 directions, the airport opened new flights to Istanbul and Yerevan, serviced by “Turkish Airlines” and “ARMAVIA”. The aviation company “TRANSAERO” is one of Russian aviation companies, which entered the Ufa aviation market in 2008. The company will make the flights from Moscow to Ufa on “Boeing-737” six times a week.
