Putin postponed constitutional amendment vote and introduced non-working week
President of Russia Vladimir Putin postponed the date of the vote on amendments to the Constitution for an indefinite period and declared the next week (March 30 — April 3) non-working with salary remaining. “The safest thing now is to be at home,” the president said. He said this during his address to Russian citizens live on state television channels.
Vladimir Putin announced support measures for citizens and businesses that will be provided in connection with the crisis.
Seak leaves will be paid in the amount of at least one minimum wage per month. The maximum unemployment benefit is increased to one minimum wage (12130 rubles).
