Russian tourists are taken out of Hainan ahead of time because of "Chinese" coronavirus

The "Rus-tour" operator takes tourists from Hainan ahead of schedule because of the "Chinese" coronavirus outbreak, reports Life.ru.
The administration of the Chinese island has banned excursions and any activities until the epidemiological situation normalizes.
According to the tour operator website, the sale of tours to China has been temporarily suspended since January 25.
Earlier, the Federal Tourism Agency issued a message in which it recommended Russian tour operators to suspend the sale of tours to China. According to the agency, Russians who have already refused from purchased tours to the PRC "may demand a full refund".
It is planned that tourists will be taken out of the island daily. In total, there are about a thousand Russian citizens on the island.
It was previously reported that the Chinese resort city of Sanya in Hainan was closed due to the coronavirus epidemic.
The coronavirus outbreak was recorded on December 31 in Wuhan.
The first symptoms of the disease are fever, shortness of breath, and coughing.
To date, 57 deaths and about 2,000 infected are known.
