Russia has new government with completely updated social block

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree “On the Structure of Federal Executive Bodies”. Instead of Anton Siluanov, the place of the first vice-premier was taken by Andrei Belousov, former presidential aide for economics.
Now there are nine deputy prime ministers instead of ten. Of these, six are new ones: Marat Khusnullin, Victoria Abramchenko, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Alexey Overchuk, Dmitry Grigorenko. Yuri Borisov, Tatyana Golikova, Yuri Trutnev retained their posts.
No changes were made to the economic bloc, the security forces and the diplomatic area:

Minister of Defense — Sergey Shoigu,
Minister of the Interior — Vladimir Kolokoltsev,
Minister of Energy — Alexander Novak,
Minister of Industry and Trade — Denis Manturov,

The new Minister of Culture is Olga Lyubimova; she replaced Vladimir Medinsky.
Sergey Kravtsov is appointed the Head of Rosobrnadzor.
Instead of Maxim Topilin, Anton Kotyakov became the Minister of Labor and Social Protection.
Oleg Matytsin will head the Ministry of Sports to replace Pavel Kolobkov.
Minister of Science — Valery Falkov, he replaced Mikhail Kotyukov.
The Ministry of Economic Development will be headed by Maxim Reshetnikov instead of Maxim Oreshkin.
Maksut Shadaev was appointed Minister of Communications to replace Konstantin Noskov.
Konstantin Chuychenko will become the Minister of Justice instead of Andrei Konovalov.
