The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB — Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov has identified projects that will ensure a 66% increase in milk production by 2024 — this is a transition to industrial milk production, the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture reports.
In Bashkiria, at the end of 2019 — the beginning of 2020, nine livestock farms will be commissioned. Four of them — brownfield at the existing farms and four greenfield — in the open field.
One of them is the "Semeno-Makarovo" livestock complex. The volume of investments amounted to 2.9 billion rubles. It provided for the construction of a complex in the Ermekeevsky district. The investor was “Severnaya Niva Bashkiria” LLC (part of the holding “EkoNiva — APK Holding UK”). The dairy complex is designed for 2800 heads of cattle. The company, in addition to the dairy direction, will specialize in breeding livestock.
According to Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, on December 16, the company will launch a milking parlor in test mode. Here, one complex will produce 80 tons of milk per day.
Farms of the middle segment will produce 30-40 tons of milk per day. Among them, the Minister named the projects by the agricultural enterprises “Pobeda” LLC, “SP Bazy” LLC, “SP Ashkadarsky” LLC.
The agricultural department recommended a budget option for small enterprises. It is related to tent-mounted prefabricated structures for 1200 heads of cattle. A farm of this kind has already been launched in the Ilishevsky district of Bashkiria.
“The dairy herd should be at least 1200 heads. Minimum 26 liters should be obtained from one cow per day. For a year and a half — from the start of construction to its design capacity — the enterprise should produce 30 tons of milk per day. Only then the business will be profitable”, said the Deputy Prime Minister.
