UFA, 9 December 2019. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
Bashkortostan is one of the leaders in Russia in terms of Incident Management system work. An automated monitoring system, supervised by the administration of the President of Russia, has been introduced in the republic since October 2018. The system identifies problematic issues and sends them to the relevant ministries, departments or municipalities. It assigns the status of "incident" to those appeals that affect a significant number of people.
“Since January 1, 2019, over 75 thousand “incidents” have been registered and worked out. Most of the appeals related to road maintenance, land improvement, utilities, public transport, ecology, health care, and education, ” said Elena Prochakovskaya, the chief of the social communications department of the Head of Republic, at a briefing session in the Government today.
The leaders in the rating of the Incident Management were the cities of Sterlitamak, Sibay, Blagoveshchensky, Meleuzovsky, Tuymazinsky, Iglinsky, and Ufimsky districts, as well as the Oktyabrsky neighborhood of Ufa.
