Cost of renting one-room apartments in Bashkiria is one of lowest nationwide

The lowest rent for a one-room apartment was recorded in Bashkortostan, Udmurtia and the Voronezh region. The price in these regions for this type of rental housing does not exceed 9 thousand rubles. Renting a one-room apartment in Bashkiria costs an average of 8.5 thousand rubles, Rusbase reports with reference to the Avito Real Estate study.
As of September 2019, the average cost of renting a one-room apartment in Bashkortostan is 8,485 rubles, in the Voronezh region is 8,460 rubles, in Udmurtia — 8,701 rubles.
Analysts noted that the most expensive one-room apartments were traditionally in Moscow (36,700 rubles, 6.4% more than last year) and St. Petersburg (24,700 rubles, 11% more). Avito Real Estate experts also calculated that over the year, the cost of long-term one-room apartment rental increased in most regions of Russia.
In general, one-room apartments occupy 64% in the structure of demand for long-term rent and 50% in the structure of supply, the study indicated. At the end of the third quarter of 2019, the average rental price of such housing increased in Russia by 2.5% compared to the same period of the last year and amounted to 16 thousand rubles.
