Karmanovsky fish farm support will be considered at Investment Hour session

The trout farm of the Karmanovsky fish farm is located in the village of Nikolo – Berezovka, Karmanovsky district. The Deputy CEO Nina Vdovina showed the head of the republic Radiy Khabirov bio modules, where trout fry is bred and said that for six years due to lack funds they could not complete two large bio modules for large trout. In the future, they plan to grow up to 200 tons of fish of this valuable breed, which has an attractive price and is in high demand in the market.
Radiy Khabirov instructed the head of the Krasnokamsky District, Rustam Musin, together with the management of the enterprise and the Ministry of Agriculture RB, to work out the issue of supporting the economy in the form of subsidies. The head of the republic invited farmers to one of Investment Hours.
The Karmanovsky fish farm is the largest fishery enterprise in Bashkortostan, one of the three largest and fastest-growing fishery enterprises in Russia. Currently, the main types of marketable fish are carp — up to 1000 tons per year, sturgeon — 150 tons, trout — up to 150 tons, farm-raised catfish — 40 tons, production and salting of sturgeon caviar are also mastered (there is a certified production).
The main sales volume falls on supermarket chains; a lot of salable fish and young fish are sold for further breeding.
