Khabirov urged rural municipalities to apply for national project funds actively

Rural municipalities should meet the deadlines on submitting applications for infrastructure development in the framework of the new national project for rural. The Interim Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Agriculture RB Ilshat Fazrakhmanov stressed this fact speaking at a briefing session in the Government of Bashkortostan.
He noted that since the figures in the republic at the initial positions were better than those of many, and the funds may mostly be directed to the North Caucasus and the Far East, it would be necessary to apply for the federal funds actively. Here the heads of municipalities responsible for the preparation of design and estimate documentation and the expertise play the key role.
“Everyone should participate in the application procedure. We should make the best use of this program, ”Radiy Khabirov, head of the republic, supported the Deputy Prime Minister.
The objectives of the "Integrated Development of Rural Areas" national project for 2020-2025 are to preserve the rural population in the share of 25.3% of the total. In Russia, the figure is now 25.7%, in Bashkiria — 37.7%. The second goal is to increase the volume of resources of rural families to 80% of urban (at the moment, the Russian Federation — 67%, Bashkiria — 72.7%). The third is to bring the proportion of comfortable housing in the countryside to 50% (while it is 32.4% nationwide). The program’s financing for the entire period amounts to 1 trillion 61 billion rubles.
