Yalta International Economic Forum started its work in Crimea

Today, the 5th anniversary Yalta International Economic Forum began its work in the Republic of Crimea. According to the organizers, more than three thousand people from 100 countries take part in the event. Representatives of government, entrepreneurs, experts, public figures will discuss the problems of implementing national projects, food security issues, switching to settlements in national currencies and expanding international cooperation.
The central theme of this year’s forum is “Peace. Russia. Crimea. New Global Reality”. In total, about 60 business events are planned, of which about 40 are specialized sections. Most of the discussions will be devoted to the international agenda. A large-scale sports exhibition and cultural program will be presented to the participants of the Yalta Forum. For the first time, a presentation of the "TEFI-Capital" Award will be held on the margins of the forum. This is a new television award, which was created by the Academy of Russian Television and the YIEF Foundation. Now the best media that cover the development of entrepreneurship and business processes in Crimea will be awarded at the Yalta Forum annually.
Bashkortostan is represented at the forum at a separate platform where a series of business discussions will take place. Issues of gastronomic tourism, support for farmers and cooperation development, points of growth of regional development will be discussed here.
Tomorrow, at the plenary meeting of the forum, a report is planned to be delivered by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, who will talk about the economic potential of the republic and points of growth.
