Nine thousand pre-pensioners of Bashkortostan will be taught new professions

In the next six years, about nine thousand residents of Bashkiria of pre-retirement age will receive additional education. For these purposes, 108.8 million rubles will be allocated annually from the federal and republican budgets.
Training will start this year, due to the regional project “Implementing a program of system support and improving the senior citizens quality of life “The Older Generation.”
The list of priority occupations for the training of pre-pensioners of Bashkiria includes 100 different professions. Among them, there are a pastry chef, baker, conductor, dispatcher, cashier, landscape designer, machine operator, vegetable grower, turner, electric welder and other specialties.
The average period of study will take three months. The average amount of costs for each participant is determined in the amount of 68.5 thousand rubles.
According to the Ministry of Labor RB, a procedure for granting employers subsidies for the organization of vocational training and additional vocational education for workers of pre-retirement age has been approved.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, except for government agencies can become participants in the program.
