Bashkiria investment portfolio is estimated at least at 21.7 billion rubles

The volume of the investment portfolio, scheduled for 2019, is currently 21.7 billion rubles. In 2020, it is planned in the amount of 23.7 billion rubles, said Alexander Sheldyaev, director of the economic development department of the Government Office of Bashkiria.
According to him, 50 investment projects have been considered with a total investment of over 165 billion rubles since November of last year or since the “Investment Hours” were started to be held at the government. Creation of more than 8.5 thousand jobs is planned. Of these, 28 projects were considered this year.
“The projects reviewed have a different timeline for implementation. Four investment agreements and two additional investment agreements on the extension of terms and volumes of investments were concluded. Instructions have been given on the preparation of seven more agreements, some of which are planned to be signed at the upcoming St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, ”concluded Alexander Sheldyaev.
Among the major investment projects, as well as projects with foreign participation is an agro-logistics center worth 36.6 billion rubles to be established in the Ufa district of Bashkiria. Projects in the field of wind power engineering by "Hevel" group of companies are estimated at 9.8 billion rubles. Approximately this amount, or 9.6 billion rubles, is the amount of investment in the implementation of the livestock complex project in the Kushnarenkovo district of the republic.
The investment projects with foreign participation include a plant for the fiber cement boards production in Kumertau worth 2 billion rubles and a plant for the robotic parking systems production in Ufa with an investment volume of 700 million rubles.
According to Alexander Sheldyaev, at the moment a decision has been made to open representative offices of Bashkiria in Turkey and Austria.
