Bashkortostan National Symphony Orchestra hit project pool of Moscow Philharmonic Society

The National Symphony Orchestra of Bashkortostan hit the project pool of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Society. This was reported by the press service of the team.
On February 22 and 23, under the program of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation “All-Russian Philharmonic Seasons”, concerts of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the A.A. Yurlova State Academic Choir Capella will take place in Ufa and Neftekamsk. These performances will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
“It’s very joyful for us that the orchestra is entering a new level, is included in the project pool of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Society. The first concerts with the participation of our orchestra and the Yurlova Choir Capella will be timed to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is important that these days two Moscow conductors will appear on the stage – the People’s Artist of Russia, Professor Gennady Dmitryak and conductor of the Bolshoi Theater Dmitry Kryukov. It is a great honor for our orchestra to participate in such significant projects”, the Interim General Director of NSO RB Artur Naziullin marks.
The concert program includes the Symphony No. 1 by A. Borodin, the cantata Alexander Nevsky by S. Prokofiev, choral music by S. Taneyev, S. Rachmaninov, G. Sviridov, Y. Falik and Russian folk songs that the choir will perform a capella.
