Bashkiria signed agricultural investment agreement for 30 billion rubles at Sochi Investment Forum

In Sochi, at the Russian Investment Forum, Bashkortostan signed the first investment agreements in the field of agriculture. Thus, a large livestock breeding complex “Semeno-Makarovo” for 2,800 cows will be built in the Ermekeevo district, where they will produce more than 22 thousand tons of raw milk of the highest grade per year. The complex will also have feed yards for dairy breeds for 3,200 heads. The total investment will amount to almost 3 billion rubles. The farm for 112 new jobs is scheduled for commissioning at the end of 2019. Radiy Khabirov, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, and the representative of the investor, the “Severnaya Niva Bashkiria” CEO, Peter Dubyansky, signed the document.
They also signed an agreement on investment intent for the construction of three livestock farms in the Belebey and Bizhbulak districts. In general, the project by “Severnaya Niva Bashkiria” LLC envisages construction of four dairy complexes in the territories of Ermekeevo, Belebey and Bizhbulak districts for 15 thousand heads of cows. The total investment will amount to 17.4 billion rubles.
The founder of the company is the Russian-German EkoNiva group of Companies with headquarters in Voronezh. It was founded by Stefan Durr.
The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, managing partner of AVG Capital Partners Direct Investment Fund Rustem Mirgalimov and LR Group (Israel) CEO Ami Listig also signed an agreement of intent to build a dairy cattle-breeding complex for 7,000 heads in the Kushnarenkovo district.
The initiator of the project is Bashkir-Milk LLC, a member of the Tavros group of companies. The complex, which is planned to be built in 2019-2020, will include two modern dairy farms of 3,500 dairy cows each using Israeli technology, as well as a feed center with a design capacity of up to 75,000 tons of milk per year and up to 3,000 heifers. The volume of investments in the project will be 10 billion rubles.
