The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov proposed the Ministry of Transport of Russia to build new railway lines in the republic.
“They will connect the Kuibyshev, Gorky and South Ural railways. These are Ufa – Neftekamsk, and Sibay – Buribai – Sara stations. The topic is very promising, now it will be studied by relevant departments of the Ministry of Transport”, said Radiy Khabirov.
The head of the region also reported on the possible modernization of the southern railway bypass of Ufa, “so that freight lines, including those with hazardous goods, will not pass through the city. Today we discussed options in this area”.
Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that Radiy Khabirov agreed with the Ministry of Transport on the construction of an insert between the two Belsky Bridges and the extension of Salavat Yulaev Avenue.
