Experts evaluated quality of butter, cheese and sausages sold in Bashkiria

Republican experts evaluated the quality of butter, cheese, and sausage sold in Bashkiria.
The commission examined butter with a fat content of 82.5%, packed Russian cheese, and “Doktorskaya” sausage. 7 varieties of these products by Russian and republican manufacturers were purchased, which previously passed laboratory tests.
“The products that successfully passed laboratory tests were presented to experts for organoleptic evaluation”, the press-secretary of the State Committee for Trade RB Nina Nikandrova explained.
The maximum number of points was scored by the “Ecomilk” TM sweet butter CJSC “Ozeretsky Dairy Plant” (Moscow region), “Pervy Vkus” TM traditional butter JSC Russian Milk Group of Companies (Chelyabinsk region) and “Lenta” TM traditional sweet cream butter CJSC “Ozeretsky Dairy Plant”(Moscow region).
In addition, among the leaders was the "Belebeevskoe" TM butter produced by JSC "Belebeevsky Dairy Plant". The experts gave it the fourth place.
As for the sausages, the maximum number of points was scored by the local “Doktorskaya” sausage by JSC "UMKK".
It is followed by "Doktorskaya" sausage CJSC "Yoshkar-Ola Meat Processing Plant", "Doktorskaya" cooked sausage LLC "PK Quality Factory" (Samara) and "Doktorskaya" cooked sausage by "Pavlov A.S." (Tuymazy).
The Bashkir experts recognized the “Rossiysky” cheese “Valio” TM LLC Velikoluksky Dairy Plant (Pskov region), “Rossiysky” cheese “Belebeevsky” TM (Belebey), Rossiysky cheese, LLC “Versiya” (St. Petersburg) as the best cheeses.
In the near future, the State Trade Committee RB will launch an “Open Quality” information and analytical website. It will contain information about the results of laboratory studies and tasting for various product groups, information about the quality and safety of products.
