Three-day mourning is declared in Crimea

In Crimea, a three-day mourning is declared in connection with the tragedy in Kerch. According to the Kryminform portal, as a result of explosions and shooting at a local polytechnic college, 19 people were killed and nearly 50 were injured, mostly students. The 18-year-old 4th-year student Vladislav Roslyakov opened fire on fellow practitioners and teachers, and after the attack, he committed suicide. A criminal case of mass murder is initiated. The investigation is going on. According to the current information, the student didn’t have any reasons and motives, except for fancy for weapons and similar incidents.
Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov sent a telegram to the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, expressing condolences in connection with the tragic events that occurred at the Polytechnic College in Kerch.
