UFA, 12 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
The results of the “Infometer” project were published, during which the websites of the executive authorities were analyzed. 100% transparency has been established on the websites of five regional governments: the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, the Tomsk, Kaluga, and Rostov Regions.
The transparency of the websites of the Government of St. Petersburg is 52%, the Leningrad Region — 32%, the Moscow Region — 60%, Moscow — 17%, and the Republic of Tatarstan — 15%. Zero transparency is recorded on the governmental websites of Dagestan and Chechnya. The average informational transparency of regional authorities websites is 40%.
As the press service of the republican Cabinet explains, the project experts regularly conduct research of state Internet resources, analyze their compliance with the requirements of current legislation, and make ratings of similar network resources (for example, a transparency rating of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation or federal executive bodies websites). The studies are conducted using the Infometer automated system.
