Bashkortostan is among top three in terms of ballot-processing complexes equipping

In Bashkiria, 811 polling stations will be equipped with ballot-processing complexes at the elections to the Regional Assembly. This makes up 24% of the total number of polling stations. The republic takes the third place in the country (after Moscow and the Moscow region) in terms of equipping with such complexes.
For successful implementation of them, the Central Election Commission prepares 1622 operators of the ballot-processing complexes. In the republic, there are ballot-processing complexes sufficient to equip 219 polling sites. The rest, in accordance with the decisions of the CEC of Russia and the CEC RB, will be delivered from the Udmurt Republic, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Kurgan Regions and the Perm Territory. The ballot-processing complexes from these regions will start arriving after August 20.
