Rospotrebnadzor opened hotline for Natalie Tours customers

Rospotrebnadzor promptly opened a hotline on consumer rights for emergency assistance and compensation for losses of Natalie Tours customers. As explained on the website of the supervisory authority, the hotline was created "in connection with information posted on the official website of the tour operator Natalie Tours on the cancellation of all booked and paid tours."
Rospotrebnadzor draws the attention of consumers that in accordance with the legislation, in case of announcing the suspension of activities due to the impossibility of fulfilling obligations, the obligation to return money paid by a tourist is imposed on the organization that insured the civil liability of the tour operator or the organization that provided the bank guarantee.
Also, consumers have the right to demand compensation for losses caused to them due to the provision of services of inadequate quality.
In the event that consumers are denied legitimate claims, Rospotrebnadzor is ready to immediately file suits with the court in defense of their rights.
Hotline phone numbers and addresses of consulting centers and points are posted on the websites of the Rospotrebnadzor Administration for the subjects of the Russian Federation. The situation remains under control of Rospotrebnadzor.
