Russian marathon runner Alexander Kaper race will again pass through Ufa

The race of the Russian "Forrest Gump" Alexander Kaper will again pass through Ufa. The "Headliner Journey" marathon over 12 cities of Russia started in Orekhovo-Zuevo near Moscow on June 3. The athlete will stop in the cities of Ufa, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Kazan and Vladimir for conducting sports events.
On June 3, the marathoner ran a walking tour over the memorable places in Orekhovo-Zuevo. About 60 athletes took part in the race.
The race in Ufa will be held on June 7, and everyone can take part in it. The meeting is at 7.30 pm at the fountain in Salavat Yulayev Square in Ufa. Participants will receive a stylish sports shirt as a present.
As part of the race, Alexander Kaper will meet with children in orphanages, sports camps, schools.
The most famous races of Alexander are a 1500 km marathon from Samara through Kazan to Moscow, a peacekeeping race over Donbass, 8000 km from Moscow to Beijing. In 2018, the sportsman received a "Headliner of the Year" Award in the "sport" nomination for his 200-day running ultramarathon "Moscow-Beijing", which passed through Ufa as well.
