Bashkortostan takes second place in Volga Federal District on electronic public services use

In Bashkiria, it was found out how many citizens use state services in electronic form. In 2017, the target figure in Bashkortostan was 78.1%, which is by 18.1% higher than the national target in 2017. According to the results of 2017, the republic ranks second in the Volga Federal District and sixth in the country in this rating.
These figures were cited by Rasul Taipov, the Chairman of the State Committee for IT Development and "Open Republic" System Functioning, at a meeting of the Republican Commission for Administrative Reform chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister Ilshat Taghidinov.
The most popular services demanded by the residents of the republic are applications submitting to kindergartens and schools, issuance of construction permits, transfer of residential premises to non-residential premises, registration of residential premises redevelopment and registration of those who need housing.
