Comfort-class hotel and river terminal will be built in Bashkiria

The list of priority investment projects in Bashkortostan includes two new facilities. According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region, it is supplemented with construction of hotel buildings in the Gafuri region and a river terminal for transshipment of light oil products in the city of Agidel.

The initiator of the first investment project is LLC ASPECT-PLUS. It will be implemented in two stages. The first — "Hotel property" — includes construction of two three-story buildings and a separate cafe building. Each hotel has 50 comfortable double rooms. The second is a "Bashkir village" with 12 log houses of comfort class and three log houses of VIP class. Equipment and decoration of houses will be ethnically stylized.

The total investment is 302 million rubles, 100 new jobs will be created. In addition, it is planned to create up to ten jobs for people with disabilities. The planned construction period is two years.

The second project is supported by JSC "Corporation for Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan". The initiator is BASHATOMTERMINAL LLC. The total volume of investments is 345 million rubles, the number of new jobs is 31. The implementation period is two years. The main goal of the river terminal construction is development of water transport in the region.

According to the information of the department, today the list of priority investment projects of the republic contains 42 projects with a total value of over 148.6 billion rubles. The number of new jobs exceeds nine thousand.
