Voter turnout was 29.67% by noon in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, voter turnout in presidential elections was 29.67% by noon, the secretary of the CEC RB Marina Dolmatova stated. 23.99 percent of residents voted by 12 o’ clock in the presidential elections of 2012.
899,577 people have already voted in the republic. The residents of Baltachevo, Tatyshly and Fedorovka districts vote most actively. 50,745 people voted for the first time in the republic.
At the moment, 3 million 31 thousand 99 voters are included in the voter lists.
Today, on March 18, the elections of the head of state are held in Russia. Voters are expected at 3,398 polling stations and 38 mobile sites established in temporary places of citizens residence (31 in medical institutions, three in sanatoriums, three in pre-trial detention facilities, and one at the railway station of Ufa).
