More than 119 thousand Bashkiria residents will vote by location

By March 13, in Bashkiria, 119 thousand 56 applications for voting by location were filed. The Head of the Central Election Commission RB Khaidar Valeev told about this at a press conference on the readiness of the Bashkiria electoral system for the presidential elections in Russia.
As the head of the agency explained, the largest number of applications (75,348) was submitted to precinct election commissions. 20,917 people defined their polling stations through the state services website, 11,607 people through multi-functional centres, and 11,175 – through territorial election commissions.
Khaidar Valeev emphasized the effectiveness of this electoral legislation innovation. You can take advantage of the opportunity to vote at your location until 14.00 on March 17. For this it is necessary to apply to the precinct election commissions at the place of registration and fill in a statement with a passport data of a voter, polling station number at the place of residence where the voter will cast his vote.
Elections of the President of Russia will be held on March 18. Eight candidates take part in the run: Baburin Sergey Nikolayevich ("Russian National Union"), Grudinin Pavel Nikolaevich (Communist Party of the Russian Federation), Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich (LDPR), Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich (self-nomination), Sobchak Ksenia Anatolievna ("Civil Initiative"), Suraykin Maxim Alexandrovich ("Communists of Russia"), Titov Boris Yuryevich (Party of Growth), Yavlinsky Grigory Alekseevich (Yabloko).
