UFA, 1 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/.
Bashkortostan will receive more than 1.3 billion rubles to create additional places in kindergartens. The funds will be allocated as part of the "Development of Education" federal state program to increase the availability of preschool education for children between the ages of two months to three years. The first tranche will be directed to the regional budget this year, the second — in 2019. The total volume of intergovernmental transfers to the subjects of the country will be 49 billion rubles, according to the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the instruction of the head of state, it is planned to create additional places in pre-school institutions (nurseries and kindergartens), in order to achieve a 100 percent access to preschool education for children between two months and three years old by 2021.
Conditions for the transfer provision are availability of a regional program for the additional places creation, as well as funds availability in the regional budget for the implementation of the corresponding expenditure obligation.
The amount of the transfer to the budget of a given region was calculated taking into account the number of children aged from two months to three years who were not provided with a place in a nursery, and also the number of insured persons being on three years’ parental leave.
