Cooperation agreement has been signed between Bashkortostan and Vladimir Region

On the sidelines of the Sochi 2018 Russian Investment Forum the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the Governor of the Vladimir Region Svetlana Orlova signed an agreement between the Government RB and the Administration of the Vladimir Region on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation.
The document was signed for a period of five years to develop and strengthen bilateral relations. According to the agreement, the regions will cooperate in the field of trade and investment, agriculture, forestry, science and high technology, transport, housing and utility services, energy and urban development, education, health, ecology, culture, sports and tourism. It is also expected to exchange experience in the field of lawmaking, implementation of state national and youth policy, labor relations and social policy, information and communication, and mass media.
"We have good relations, our teams are working closely, and we always exchange information. Our region is quite developed in terms of machine-tool construction, machine building, production of medicines, equipment. We have areas where to promote cooperation", said Svetlana Orlova.
Svetlana Orlova also invited the delegation from Bashkortostan to take part in the Vladimir Economic Forum to be held in June.
