Bashkortostan Congress-Bureau and R&C Exhibition Center signed cooperation agreement

UFA, 01 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/.

In Barcelona, on the sidelines of the international forum for the congress events companies and the exhibition of business tourism IBTM, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Congress Bureau of Bashkortostan and the R&C Exhibition and Research Center. It is the only organization in Russia that carries out a full range of market research in the event industry. The portfolio of the research center includes projects on regional marketing, organization and holding of events for the hosting industry, government agencies, congress bureaus and industry associations, the press service of the Bashkortostan Congress Bureau reported.

Under the terms of the agreement, Bashkortostan represented by the Congress Bureau becomes the official region-partner of R&C. A new status gives an opportunity to make wider use of the entire R&C toolkit in the area of promotion of the territories for the popularization of Bashkortostan, the joint development of significant projects for the congress industry development in the Russian Federation, and the creation of the KPI system in the event industry.

"Promotion of the congress potential of Bashkortostan to the external markets of the business tourism is one of the priorities of our regional Congress Bureau. Cooperation with the R&C Research and Development Center allows us to expand the boundaries of our own skills and competences, create projects more competently, with a strategic vision and calculated result", emphasized Nikolai Fadeev, the director of the Bashkortostan Congress Bureau.
