Rustem Khamitov: "We should promote blue-collar professions"

At a meeting with students of professional colleges who have become winners and prize-winners of international and all-Russian competitions of professional training, as well as their mentors and teachers, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov discussed the issues of blue-collar professions popularization among young people.
The Head of the Region told about how he started his professional activity at the Ufa Engine-Building Production Association, worked as a production supervisor.
Rustem Khamitov noted that students of colleges — winners of professional skills competitions should be more active in addressing to young people, telling them about their achievements.
"Of course, it is necessary to promote the blue-collar jobs. You in this case will have a noble mission — to participate in this interesting, joint activity on training professional human resources, workforce. I hope that the movement of young workers, the movement focused on training of workers, will develop in many areas ", said Rustem Khamitov. "In this part the Tuymazinsky Industrial College shows good progress with its MasterOK program. Already hundreds of children graduated from Tuymazinsky College, became specialists. Now we are launching the networking industrial school program "Golden Hands". This is also very interesting."
