Ilishevsky village will be awarded among winners of initiative budgeting projects contest at BRICS Forum

On September 21-22, in Ufa an International Forum of the BRICS countries will be held dedicated to the topic of involving citizens in the public infrastructure development. On the opening day, the winners of the first All-Russian contest of initiative budgeting projects will be awarded.
The project of the central part of Inza city improvement of Ulyanovsk region won in the "Public Partnership" nomination. The project of streets repair and grading in Nizhnecherekulevo village of Ilishevsky district of Bashkortostan won in the "Public Participation" nomination. Each winner will receive a prize of 100 thousand rubles to co-finance the future project.
296 projects from 19 regions of Russia were submitted for consideration. The initiative groups that determined the priority areas of funding included 2,303 proactive citizens, and almost 3.5 million people became the beneficiaries of the implemented initiatives, the press service of the Government of Bashkortostan reported.
