Farmers received 1.1 billion rubles of state support in Bashkiria

State support to farmers in Bashkortostan in 2016 was provided in the amount of 1.1 billion rubles. Farmers produced products worth 17 billion rubles (the share in gross output — 10.4%), respectively, farmers produced goods worth 15.5 rubles per 1 ruble of state support.
Agricultural enterprises received 5.2 billion rubles of support and made 12.3 rubles per 1 ruble of state support.
At the beginning of the year, there were 6,320 family farms and agricultural enterprises in the republic. These data were announced in the report of the head of the republican Ministry of Agriculture at a meeting of the agrarian committee of the State Assembly — Kurultay RB.
In the current year, farmers increased the area under cultivation by 79.4 thousand hectares (now total 907.5 thousand hectares). The number of farm cows was 133.5 thousand heads by July 2017.
