Konstantin Tolkachev led United Russia delegation at "Urban Environment" forum in Krasnodar

The United Russia "Urban Environment" forum dedicated to the improvement of the urban environment and public spaces of the country's cities began in Krasnodar. The delegation of Bashkortostan was headed by the Speaker of the regional parliament Konstantin Tolkachev. Representatives of the administration of Ufa, Beloretsk, Neftekamsk, and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities will share their experience in implementing the project. About one thousand people from all 85 regions of the country take part in the forum: experts, coordinators of federal party projects of United Russia aimed at improving the urban environment, State Duma deputies, representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation, the executive and legislative authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the heads of municipal administrations.
In the morning, participants will discuss the achievements and problems of the project in the format of four discussion platforms. A plenary session under the leadership of Dmitry Medvedev will be held in the afternoon. A resolution will be adopted based on its results.
Representatives of Bashkiria participate in the work of all four discussion sessions. At the "Comfortable Yard" session modern approaches to involving residents in the improvement of yards, best improvement practices, as well as opportunities for integrated improvement of residential areas and the existing restrictions will be discussed. Its moderator will be the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee from Bashkortostan Pavel Kachkaev.
The "Urban Public Spaces" platform will be dedicated to involving representatives of residents and businesses in the implementation of urban improvement projects.
The "Small Towns Accomplishment" session will consider small towns features at implementing projects for urban environment development. The Mayors of Beloretsk and Neftekamsk will present their experience within this section.
Discussion at the fourth section, "Urban Environment: Standards and Quality Index", will be conducted by Mikhail Chernyshov, the member of the State Duma Committee for Housing Policy and Public Utilities, and Andrey Chibis, the Deputy Minister of Construction and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation. The participants will discuss the formation of the Urban Development Strategy until 2025, the increase in federal financial support for the United Russia party project "Urban Environment", creation of a monitoring system over the urban environment quality in each municipal entity.
