The Russian-Chinese student business incubator — an international project aimed at boosting innovative activities in the field of youth entrepreneurship between Russia and the People's Republic of China has been started at Bashkir State University in Ufa.

Within two weeks, 20 young Russian and Chinese innovators and entrepreneurs will be trained to establish and conduct joint business in the territories of the two countries. Classes for residents in economics, marketing, management, foreign language will be conducted by the leading federal experts. Experts of the business incubator will be successful businessmen. They will offer young entrepreneurs to find necessary solutions for the development of their business.

"Participants present their startups in medicine, science, engineering, IT, biophysics, education, architecture, design and advertising technologies, tourism. For example, projects such as a milk quality analyzer, innovative technologies for garbage processing, mobile applications for Russian-Chinese slang, face structure medical identifier, DNA tests technology are very interesting. Many of these initiatives are not just ideas, but well-designed projects," said Ivan Abramov, the regional curator of the Russian-Chinese student business incubator, the executive co-chairman of the Russian-Chinese club of young entrepreneurs.

In turn, the All-China Youth Federation will launch operation of four Russian-Chinese student business incubators in Chinese cities — in Qingdao, Xi'an, Kharibin and Guiyang. Residents from Bashkortostan will go to study in Xi'an in late August. In the future, the Russian-Chinese international project is planned to be held annually.

"It is symbolic that the opening of the business incubator takes place during the period of the visit of President Xi Jinping to the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative, agreements have been signed between the two countries for more than 10 billion dollars over the past few days. I am sure that the youth exchange and similar educational programs will become another strong platform in expanding our bilateral relations", Arthur Shainurov, Plenipotentiary Representative of Bashkortostan to the President of the Russian Federation, addressed to the residents.
